Debt collectors or judicial executors involved in debt recovery during foreclosure proceedings cannot register you.<\/p><p><strong>How can I be removed from the Credit Bureau?<\/strong><\/p><p>If you have negative entries in the Credit Bureau, you will only be able to take out new loans if those entries are deleted.<\/p><p>To be removed from the Credit Bureau, you must first understand your current or past credit situation at the time you request the deletion of negative reports.<\/p><p>You can check your credit situation by creating a profile on the Credit Bureau's website and requesting your Credit Bureau report directly online, by sending a letter to the Credit Bureau's headquarters, or by using legal services such as filling out our contact form.<\/p><p>Once you know which institutions have registered you in the Credit Bureau, you must address them with a formal request to delete the entries. This request can be made by the individual registered with the Credit Bureau or by an authorized person, such as a lawyer, who can submit a well-founded request based on the specific situation of each person.<\/p><p><strong>How long are records maintained in the Credit Bureau?<\/strong><\/p><p>Negative entries in the Credit Bureau are not kept indefinitely.
