Concediul astfel reportat trebuie efectuat cel t\u00e2rziu \u00een urm\u0103toarele 18 luni \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu anul urm\u0103tor.<\/p><p>Efectuarea concediului de odihn\u0103 se face \u00een baza unei program\u0103ri stabilite de angajator dup\u0103 consultarea salariatului. Potrivit reglement\u0103rilor \u00een vigoare programarea concediilor se recomand\u0103 a fi f\u0103cut\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului pentru anul urm\u0103tor.<\/p><p>La stabilirea program\u0103rii concediilor de odihn\u0103 angajatorul trebuie s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 cont de dreptul fiec\u0103rui salariat de a beneficia \u00eentr-un an calendaristic de cel pu\u021bin 10 zile lucr\u0103toare consecutive de concediu de odihn\u0103.<\/p><p>Compensarea \u00een bani a concediului de odihn\u0103 neefectuat este permis\u0103 \u0219i totodat\u0103 obligatorie numai \u00een cazul \u00eencet\u0103rii contractului individual de
