muncii, urm\u0103toarele zile sunt considerate s\u0103rb\u0103tori legale \u0219i implicit zile nelucr\u0103toare pentru to\u021bi angaja\u021bii, at\u00e2t cei din sistemul public, c\u00e2t \u0219i cei din sistemul privat:<\/p><p>\u2013 1 \u0219i 2 ianuarie;<\/p><p>\u2013 6 ianuarie &#8211; Botezul Domnului &#8211; Boboteaza;<\/p><p>\u2013 7 ianuarie &#8211; Soborul Sf\u00e2ntului Proroc Ioan Botez\u0103torul;<\/p><p>\u2013 24 ianuarie \u2013 Ziua Unirii Principatelor Rom\u00e2ne;<\/p><p>\u2013 Vinerea Mare, ultima zi de vineri \u00eenaintea Pa\u0219telui;<\/p><p>\u2013 prima \u0219i a doua zi de Pa\u0219ti;<\/p><p>\u2013 1 mai;<\/p><p>\u2013 1 iunie;<\/p><p>\u2013 prima \u0219i a doua zi de Rusalii;<\/p><p>\u2013 Adormirea Maicii Domnului;<\/p><p>\u2013 30 noiembrie &#8211; Sf\u00e2ntul Apostol Andrei, cel \u00cent\u00e2i chemat, Ocrotitorul Rom\u00e2niei;<\/p><p>\u2013 1 decembrie;<\/p><p>\u2013 prima \u0219i a doua zi de Cr\u0103ciun;<\/p><p>\u2013 dou\u0103 zile pentru fiecare dintre cele 3 s\u0103rb\u0103tori religioase anuale, declarate astfel de cultele religioase legale, altele dec\u00e2t cele cre\u0219tine, pentru persoanele apar\u021bin\u00e2nd acestora.<\/p><p>Prin Hot\u0103r\u00e2re de Guvern se pot stabili zile libere suplimentare care succed\u0103 sau preced\u0103 s\u0103rb\u0103torilor legale de mai sus, a\u0219a numitele \u201epun\u021bi\u201d.<\/p><p>Pot exista unele locuri de munc\u0103 unde activitatea nu poate fi \u00eentrerupt\u0103 \u0219i implicit nu pot fi acordate zile libere \u00een zilele de s\u0103rb\u0103toare legal\u0103 datorit\u0103 caracterului procesului de produc\u021bie sau specificului activit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p><p>Salaria\u021bii care presteaz\u0103 munc\u0103 \u00een zilele de s\u0103rb\u0103toare legal\u0103 beneficiaz\u0103 de un spor la salariul de baz\u0103 ce nu poate fi mai mic de 100% din salariul de baz\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor muncii prestate \u00een programul normal de lucru.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Potrivit
