Este important de men\u021bionat c\u0103 refuzul unui salariat de a lucra \u00een regim de telemunc\u0103 nu poate constitui un motiv de modificare unilateral\u0103 a contractului de munc\u0103 sau de sanc\u021bionare disciplinar\u0103.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Drepturi \u0219i responsabilit\u0103\u021bi ale telesalaria\u021bilor<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Telesalaria\u021bii beneficiaz\u0103 de toate drepturile prev\u0103zute de lege pentru angaja\u021bii care lucreaz\u0103 la sediul angajatorului, inclusiv \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te remunera\u021bia, condi\u021biile de munc\u0103 \u0219i protec\u021bia social\u0103.<\/p><p>De asemenea, angajatorii au obliga\u021bia de a asigura condi\u021bii adecvate de munc\u0103, inclusiv echipamentele necesare, instruirea \u00een domeniul securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00een munc\u0103, \u0219i accesul la informa\u021biile legale \u0219i interne relevante. Dac\u0103 sunte\u021bi telesalariat sau sunte\u021bi \u00een proces de implementare a telemuncii \u00een compania dumneavoastr\u0103, este important s\u0103 v\u0103 familiariza\u021bi cu
