Acest drept este acordat pe o perioad\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103, la cerere, \u0219i presupune \u00eendeplinirea unor condi\u021bii specifice stabilite de legisla\u021bie.<\/p><p>Printre cerin\u021bele fundamentale se num\u0103r\u0103 faptul c\u0103 solicitantul trebuie s\u0103 fi avut o \u0219edere continu\u0103 pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei pentru o perioad\u0103 de 5 ani, cu excep\u021bia unor perioade mai scurte de absen\u021b\u0103. De asemenea, persoanele care au avut drept de \u0219edere pentru studii sau protec\u021bie temporar\u0103 nu pot beneficia de dreptul de \u0219edere pe termen lung.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Condi\u021bii suplimentare<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Pentru a ob\u021bine acest drept, str\u0103inul trebuie s\u0103 dovedeasc\u0103 mai multe aspecte:<\/p><ul><li>Venituri suficiente pentru \u00eentre\u021binere (salariul minim brut pe \u021bar\u0103 garantat \u00een plat\u0103 pentru cel pu\u021bin 12 luni);<\/li><li>Asigurare de s\u0103n\u0103tate;<\/li><li>Locuin\u021b\u0103 legal\u0103;<\/li><li>Cuno\u0219tin\u021be de limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 la un nivel satisf\u0103c\u0103tor;<\/li><li>F\u0103r\u0103 amenin\u021b\u0103ri la adresa securit\u0103\u021bii na\u021bionale sau ordinii publice.<\/li><\/ul><p>Aceste condi\u021bii au rolul de a asigura integrarea complet\u0103 a str\u0103inilor \u00een societatea rom\u00e2neasc\u0103.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Cazuri de \u00eencetare a dreptului de \u0219edere pe termen lung<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Dreptul de \u0219edere pe termen lung poate \u00eenceta \u00een diverse situa\u021bii, printre care:<\/p><ul><li>Anularea sau revocarea dreptului;<\/li><li>Absen\u021ba de pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei mai mult de 12 luni consecutive f\u0103r\u0103 justificare valid\u0103;<\/li><li>Ob\u021binerea unui drept similar \u00eentr-un alt stat;<\/li><li>Dob\u00e2ndirea cet\u0103\u021beniei rom\u00e2ne.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care dreptul de \u0219edere \u00eenceteaz\u0103, persoana poate solicita un permis de \u0219edere temporar\u0103 pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een continuare \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Excep\u021bii \u0219i situa\u021bii speciale<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Exist\u0103 excep\u021bii de la anumite condi\u021bii, cum ar fi pentru str\u0103inii care au f\u0103cut investi\u021bii semnificative \u00een Rom\u00e2nia (minimum 1.000.000 euro) sau au creat locuri de munc\u0103. De asemenea, minorii pot ob\u021bine acest drept dac\u0103 unul dintre p\u0103rin\u021bi este titular al unui drept de \u0219edere pe termen lung.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Concluzie<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Dreptul de \u0219edere pe termen lung reprezint\u0103 o oportunitate semnificativ\u0103 pentru str\u0103inii care doresc s\u0103 se stabileasc\u0103 permanent \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, cu condi\u021bia respect\u0103rii cerin\u021belor legale specifice.
