Articolele 73 \u0219i 74 stabilesc pa\u0219ii pentru ob\u021binerea acestui drept, dar \u0219i condi\u021biile \u00een care poate fi refuzat.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Aprobarea Dreptului de \u0218edere pe Termen Lung<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Dreptul de \u0219edere pe termen lung se acord\u0103 de c\u0103tre \u0219eful Oficiului Rom\u00e2n pentru Imigr\u0103ri, iar cererile sunt examinate de o comisie special constituit\u0103 pentru fiecare caz \u00een parte. Aceasta comisie, desemnat\u0103 prin dispozi\u021bie a \u0219efului Oficiului, \u00eentocme\u0219te propuneri motivate de solu\u021bionare.<\/p><p>Termenul de solu\u021bionare a cererilor este de maxim 6 luni de la \u00eenregistrarea acestora, cu posibilitatea prelungirii pentru motive obiective de \u00eenc\u0103 3 luni, \u00een\u0219tiin\u021b\u00e2ndu-se solicitantul \u00een acest sens. Dup\u0103 solu\u021bionare, aprobarea dreptului de \u0219edere este comunicat\u0103 solicitantului \u00een termen de 15 zile lucr\u0103toare.<\/p><p>Este important de men\u021bionat c\u0103, \u00een termen de 30 de zile de la primirea comunic\u0103rii, persoana c\u0103reia i s-a aprobat dreptul de \u0219edere pe termen lung trebuie s\u0103 se prezinte la Oficiul Rom\u00e2n pentru Imigr\u0103ri pentru eliberarea permisului de \u0219edere.<\/p><p>De asemenea, str\u0103inii membri de familie ai cet\u0103\u021benilor rom\u00e2ni beneficiaz\u0103 de o scutire de la plata taxelor consulare la acordarea acestui drept.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Refuzul Dreptului de \u0218edere pe Termen Lung<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care nu sunt \u00eendeplinite condi\u021biile legale, comisia poate propune refuzul acord\u0103rii dreptului de \u0219edere pe termen lung. Motivele refuzului sunt comunicate \u00een scris solicitantului \u00een termen de 15 zile lucr\u0103toare. De asemenea, solicitantul are dreptul de a contesta refuzul la Curtea de Apel Bucure\u0219ti, \u00een termen de 30 de zile de la primirea comunic\u0103rii.<\/p><p>Este important de men\u021bionat c\u0103 refuzul nu are efecte asupra dreptului de \u0219edere al solicitantului, iar decizia de refuz se ia \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de circumstan\u021bele specifice ale fiec\u0103rui caz, precum durata \u0219ederii \u0219i leg\u0103turile cu statul rom\u00e2n, respect\u00e2nd principiul propor\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bii. Refuzul nu poate fi motivat pe considerente economice.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Concluzie<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Ob\u021binerea dreptului de \u0219edere pe termen lung \u00een Rom\u00e2nia implic\u0103 o procedur\u0103 bine reglementat\u0103, cu termene clare \u0219i obliga\u021bii pentru solicitan\u021bi. \u00cen cazul unei solu\u021bii favorabile, str\u0103inii vor putea beneficia de stabilitate pe termen lung \u00een \u021bar\u0103, iar \u00een cazul unui refuz, ace\u0219tia au posibilitatea de a contesta decizia. Este important ca solicitan\u021bii s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 \u00eendeplinesc toate condi\u021biile legale pentru a evita \u00eent\u00e2rzierile sau refuzurile, iar \u00een cazul unor neclarit\u0103\u021bi, s\u0103 se adreseze autorit\u0103\u021bilor sau unui avocat specializat pentru a primi ghidajul necesar.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen
