Este potrivit pentru afaceri mai complexe sau cu mai mul\u021bi parteneri.<\/li><li><strong>PFA<\/strong>: Este legat\u0103 direct de persoana fizic\u0103 titular\u0103, care r\u0103spunde cu \u00eentreg patrimoniul personal. Este ideal\u0103 pentru activit\u0103\u021bi desf\u0103\u0219urate individual, precum profesii liberale sau mici afaceri.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Angaja\u021bi<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>SRL<\/strong>: Nu exist\u0103 limit\u0103ri privind num\u0103rul de angaja\u021bi.<\/li><li><strong>PFA<\/strong>: Poate avea maximum 3 angaja\u021bi conform legisla\u021biei actuale.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Coduri CAEN<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>SRL<\/strong>: Poate avea un num\u0103r nelimitat de coduri CAEN.<\/li><li><strong>PFA<\/strong>: Este limitat\u0103 la maximum 5 coduri CAEN.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Preg\u0103tire Profesional\u0103<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>SRL<\/strong>: Nu necesit\u0103 dovezi de calificare \u00een domeniul activit\u0103\u021bii desf\u0103\u0219urate.<\/li><li><strong>PFA<\/strong>: Necesit\u0103 calificare sau experien\u021b\u0103 profesional\u0103 pentru activit\u0103\u021bile specifice.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Taxe \u0219i Contabilitate<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>SRL<\/strong>: Este obligatoriu s\u0103 colaborezi cu un contabil autorizat. Dac\u0103 ai nevoie de mai mult\u0103 flexibilitate \u0219i protec\u021bie juridic\u0103, un SRL poate fi alegerea potrivit\u0103. Pentru activit\u0103\u021bi individuale, mai simplu de gestionat, PFA-ul poate fi solu\u021bia optim\u0103.<\/p><p><strong>Indiferent de op\u021biunea aleas\u0103, consult\u0103 un specialist pentru a \u00een\u021belege toate implica\u021biile juridice \u0219i fiscale.
