rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 prevede mai multe tipuri de concedii \u0219i indemniza\u021bii pentru a sprijini persoanele asigurate atunci c\u00e2nd starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate nu le mai permite s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oare activitatea \u00een condi\u021bii normale sau atunci c\u00e2nd este necesar\u0103 prevenirea \u00eemboln\u0103virilor ori recuperarea capacit\u0103\u021bii de munc\u0103.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Indemniza\u021bia pentru reducerea timpului de munc\u0103<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Dac\u0103 din motive medicale nu mai pute\u021bi lucra norma \u00eentreag\u0103, legea v\u0103 permite reducerea programului cu o p\u0103trime din durata normal\u0103.<\/p><p>Cine poate beneficia: asigura\u021bii care, din motive de s\u0103n\u0103tate, nu pot realiza durata normal\u0103 de munc\u0103.<\/p><p>Durata: maximum 90 de zile \u00een ultimele 12 luni, \u00een una sau mai multe etape.<\/p><p>Cum se acord\u0103: la propunerea medicului curant, cu avizul medicului expert al asigur\u0103rilor sociale.<\/p><p>Valoarea indemniza\u021biei: diferen\u021ba dintre baza de calcul \u0219i salariul brut realizat dup\u0103 reducerea programului, dar nu mai mult de 25% din baza de calcul (medie a veniturilor brute lunare din ultimele 6 luni din cele 12 luni din care se constituie stagiul de asigurare, p\u00e2n\u0103 la limita a 12 salarii minime brute pe \u021bar\u0103 lunar, pe baza c\u0103rora se calculeaz\u0103 contribu\u021bia asiguratorie pentru munc\u0103).<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Concediul \u0219i indemniza\u021bia pentru carantin\u0103<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Persoanele asigurate pot beneficia de concediu \u0219i indemniza\u021bie dac\u0103 sunt plasate \u00een carantin\u0103 sau izolare, conform Legii nr. 136\/2020.<\/p><p>Cine elibereaz\u0103 certificatul: medicul curant sau medicul de familie, \u00een func\u021bie de situa\u021bie.<\/p><p>Durata: stabilit\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de evolu\u021bia bolii \u0219i perioada de monitorizare.<\/p><p>Valoarea indemniza\u021biei: 100% din baza de calcul, suportat\u0103 integral din bugetul Fondului Na\u021bional Unic de Asigur\u0103ri Sociale de S\u0103n\u0103tate.<\/p><p>Excep\u021bie: dac\u0103 m\u0103sura carantinei se instituie la \u00eentoarcerea \u00een \u021bar\u0103 dup\u0103 o deplasare personal\u0103 \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 cu risc epidemiologic, indemniza\u021bia este pl\u0103tit\u0103 doar pentru 5 zile.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Tratament balnear \u0219i recuperare<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Dac\u0103 sunte\u021bi \u00een incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103 pentru o perioad\u0103 mai mare de 90 de zile consecutive, pute\u021bi beneficia de tratament balnear \u0219i recuperare, pe baza unui program individual \u00eentocmit de medicul specialist \u0219i aprobat de medicul expert al asigur\u0103rilor sociale.<\/p><p>Durata tratamentului: 15\u201321 de zile, \u00een func\u021bie de afec\u021biune.<\/p><p>Unde se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103: \u00een unit\u0103\u021bi sanitare specializate, aflate \u00een contract cu casele de asigur\u0103ri de s\u0103n\u0103tate.<\/p><p>Obliga\u021bii: respectarea programului individual este obligatorie; nerespectarea lui poate duce la pierderea dreptului la indemniza\u021bie.<\/p><p><strong>Concluzie<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Aceste concedii \u0219i indemniza\u021bii sunt g\u00e2ndite pentru a v\u0103 proteja s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i pentru a sprijini revenirea la activitate \u00een condi\u021bii optime. Procedura implic\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 documente medicale \u0219i aprob\u0103ri specifice, iar neclarit\u0103\u021bile pot \u00eent\u00e2rzia acordarea drepturilor. Pentru a v\u0103 asigura c\u0103 \u00eendeplini\u021bi toate condi\u021biile \u0219i beneficia\u021bi de sprijinul legal, este recomandat s\u0103 apela\u021bi la un avocat sau un consultant specializat \u00een dreptul muncii \u0219i al asigur\u0103rilor
