Acest sprijin const\u0103 \u00een acordarea unui concediu medical special, \u00eenso\u021bit de o indemniza\u021bie, precum \u0219i de acces la servicii de consiliere psihologic\u0103.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Cine poate beneficia<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Poate solicita acest concediu asiguratul care, cu acordul pacientului, \u00eel \u00eenso\u021be\u0219te la:<\/p><ul><li>interven\u021bii chirurgicale;<\/li><li>tratamente prescrise de medicul specialist.<\/li><\/ul><p>Pacientul poate desemna o singur\u0103 persoan\u0103 pentru fiecare interven\u021bie sau tratament.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Durata concediului<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Maximum 45 de zile calendaristice \u00eentr-un an, pentru un pacient.<\/p><p>Se poate acorda frac\u021bionat, \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile medicale.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Beneficii suplimentare<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>At\u00e2t beneficiarul concediului, c\u00e2t \u0219i pacientul au dreptul, \u00een fiecare an, la:<\/p><ul><li>minimum o \u0219edin\u021b\u0103 de evaluare psihologic\u0103 clinic\u0103;<\/li><li>minimum cinci \u0219edin\u021be de consiliere psihologic\u0103 clinic\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00cen cazul pacien\u021bilor cu handicap auditiv sau surdocecitate, ace\u0219tia au dreptul \u0219i la un interpret autorizat.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Cum se acord\u0103<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia: pe baza certificatului de concediu medical eliberat de medicul specialist.<\/p><p>\u00cen str\u0103in\u0103tate: dac\u0103 tratamentul are loc \u00een UE, SEE, Elve\u021bia sau \u00een alte state, concediul se acord\u0103 pe baza documentelor medicale traduse \u0219i autentificate, depuse la casa de asigur\u0103ri de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u00een termen de maximum 15 zile de la \u00eentoarcere.<\/p><p>Documentele pot fi transmise pe h\u00e2rtie sau electronic, iar certificatele eliberate electronic sunt semnate cu semn\u0103tur\u0103 digital\u0103 calificat\u0103.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Valoarea indemniza\u021biei<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Valoarea indemniza\u021biei este de 85% din baza de calcul (medie a veniturilor brute lunare din ultimele 6 luni din cele 12 luni din care se constituie stagiul de asigurare, p\u00e2n\u0103 la limita a 12 salarii minime brute pe \u021bar\u0103 lunar, pe baza c\u0103rora se calculeaz\u0103 contribu\u021bia asiguratorie pentru munc\u0103.).<\/p><p>Plata se face integral din bugetul Fondului Na\u021bional Unic de Asigur\u0103ri Sociale de S\u0103n\u0103tate.<\/p><p>\u0218edin\u021bele de consiliere psihologic\u0103 sunt de asemenea acoperite din acela\u0219i fond, conform Contractului-cadru.<\/p><p><strong>Concluzie<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Acest tip de concediu reprezint\u0103 un pas important \u00een sprijinirea pacien\u021bilor oncologici \u0219i a celor care \u00eei \u00eengrijesc. Procedura necesit\u0103 documente medicale \u0219i respectarea termenelor prev\u0103zute de lege, iar ne\u00een\u021belegerea detaliilor poate duce la pierderea dreptului la indemniza\u021bie. Pentru siguran\u021b\u0103, este recomandat s\u0103 apela\u021bi la un avocat sau un consultant \u00een legisla\u021bia muncii \u0219i a
